Rare and very old (1880/1890) Carter & Co London salmon fly reel, size 3 5/8 (diameter 9 cm, width 4.5 cm), openwork brass spool, German silver spool flanges, openwork hard rubber reel back, horn crank handle, five brass spacers, noisemaker pawl. In perfect working order and perfect overall condition with its natural silk line. In a soft leather case with zipper, inscribed "National Westminster Bank LTD".
