Parabolic Competition Special

Pezon & Michel: Very rare and antique (1949) split bamboo trout fly rod, once owned by Pierre Creusevaut. Model "Parabolic Spéciale Compétition" 8 p ½N° 1444950. Two strands, two tips (at Creusevaut's request), for 5/6 silk, with one of the very first P&M screw reel seats. In good condition, considering its age, varnish slightly grainy, but all ligatures in perfect condition. In its original canvas scabbard, with grease cap. A small round label on the scabbard bears the inscription P.E.C. (Pierre Edouard Creusevaut).
