Parabolic Sawyer Nymph

Pezon & Michel: Split bamboo trout fly rod. Model "Parabolic Sawyer Nymph" 8p10, specially dedicated to sight nymph fishing, as "invented" by Franck Sawyer, warden of the Officers' Course on the Avon. To our knowledge, this is the only Parabolic model with a detachable handle and two sections of equal length, N° 78639 (date of manufacture 1963), for 4/5 line. This rod, from the Charles Ritz collection (Franck Sawyer, inventor of the Pheasant Tails nymphs, was a member of the Fario Club), is "as new" in its original canvas sheath, complete with two grease plugs. Ideal for sight nymphing for trout or grayling.
