Hardy's: Old one-handed trout fly rod, split bamboo, model "The C.C.de France" 9 p in two sections, one tip, for 5/6 silk. Suction ferrule, agate leader and tip rings, serpentine body rings, light aluminum reel seat bearing N°33731 E (year of manufacture 1935). In perfect condition, (apparently very little used) in its original Hardy canvas scabbard, with grease cap. With its nervous action, the "Casting Club de France", in homage to the Wood de Boulogne international competition in Paris, is one of Hardy's finest models. Available in virtually all lengths from 6.6 to 9 feet, these rods were manufactured until 1961. This model is perfect for both collecting and dry-fly fishing for large Normandy trout during the May fly season. Yves Rameaux Collection
