Hardy's: "The L.R.H. Greased Line" model, 14-foot, three-section salmon fly rod with two tips, E 89169 (year of manufacture 1954). The "L.R.H.", named after Lawrence Robert Hardy, the founder's Tallson, was manufactured from 1939 to 1967. It is considered the "go-anywhere" model of Hardy's salmon fly rods. A powerful rod for 10/11 silk, it can be used for both conventional and Spey Cast casting and for fighting big fish. Studlock ferrules (without grease plugs), agate tip and tip rings, bridge-type intermediate rings, screw reel seat sliding on the aluminum handle. This brand-new rod, from the Yves Rameaux collection, is presented in its original Hardy sheath.
